And finally after several posts building up, the actual event! The homecoming banquet was very good, and themed Italian. The food was excellent! It was so neat to actually have a date to sit by me at the table (and dance with, later)! Then came the music. Don't worry, the whole dance was very clean. Most people just did their own thing, but there were some group dances, like a conga line for the locomotion, macarena, ect. And there were also other activities like the limbo and musical chairs. It was a fun time and I got to enjoy an evening with my friends.
If I took too many pictures it's because my journalism assistant forgot his camera. One of the pictures is of the entire senior class, people very near and dear to my heart. Some of us have been at this school since kindergarten. The ones of me and only one other boy are me and my date. He was a real gentleman all night, of course he always is. Just a friend date thought, don't be getting ideas so early. :)
All in all it was a really great night. Lots of fun and laughter.
