Cedar Point

One of my favorite school trips to be sure is Cedar Point, where the secondary often goes in the spring. I just love roller coasters and moments of crazy intense self inflicted terror as you perch

at the top of a huge hill, and then the feeling of flying falling down. The memories we create are amazing, for instance, standing in front of the cow, why we don't know but it was fun. :) This year I overcame a fear I have had for, well, it must be about three years now- the Top Thrill Dragster, pictured above. It's only one hill, but it's the tallest in the park and they shoot you up - straight up, and then you plummet - straight down with a twist on the way. It's one of the tallest coasters in the world- I think there's one in China 20 feet higher or something but that might be it.... Anyway, it's crazy, but it was so much fun!!! I was shocked how much I liked it. I rode the Maverick too, the new one, with a 90 degree drop- now THAT was scary! Also ridden; Max Air, Iron dragon, Raptor... well, by this time I think I rode every one in the parks at least once! Time to move on, I guess. All the coasters pictured I have ridden. Green is Raptor, one of my favorites, the one with the sun behind it, like a stick in the sky, is the Top Thrill Dragster.
